My name is Christian and Im 32 years old. Since my childhood I love it to travel and nothing has changed then. I live my dreams and grow through them. Especially impressed has me the world of train. I discover and walking on former railway lines in the mountain Erzgebirge and furthermore. If you are also a railway fan, you are really right here because on my blog there is all of railways and interesting places. In addition, my blog is built differently than you know it from other travel blogs. Its boring, if the blogs are always from almost same blogs with the themes of the countries. The red points are the former and interesting railway lines, according to geographical location. Between, the blue points, there are different places of our wonderful earth and maybe, you can find your favourite place which you want to visit some day. If you have any questions about me, dont forget to contact me, of course.

Surely you will now have read the above points. "Oh, he seems to be a real railroad fan," is sure to go through your head. But I do not just want to limit myself to this category, but my blog should become the one that should reflect the creator. If you have really looked at the blog in peace, you will realize that you can not put me in a drawer. Sure, first and foremost, my blog is all about a cool and popular means of transport: railways. But I'm not about this mysterious vehicle, but much more about the routes, but primarily about the disused railway lines in Saxony. Because let's face it: do you know Saxony? Do you know what beautiful regions, landscapes and cities it has to offer? Which buildings and monuments are there to see? No? Only then you are really on my railway blog right, because sometimes these routes lead to regions and areas that you have never seen before or reached with your car. When I research for a new route on the Internet and think about which stations I have to go, I am often surprised myself in which areas I get, which I did not know before. And so I came to the decision at some point, that you do not have to drive away so far. After all, it is often said, "Why put off in the distance, because the good is often so close." Often it is easy and ultimately there are problems everywhere .... In 2014 I moved to Leipzig and what can I say? Leipzig is just so central in Germany, that I could reach much more railroad tracks and thus Sachsens tracks has automatically put together in the blog. I have googled many times, if there is such a similar blog about disused railway lines in Saxony. According to the Internet, it is the only blog about disused railway lines with such a variety of routes that are not there again. And that's why in the blog I want to bring the disused routes back to life, which you can see from the numerous pictures, information and texts. Meanwhile, it goes beyond, as the Czech Republic, Slovakia and then more and more east, as if you could go by train from Leipzig to Beijing !!! Crazy, right? I would like to invite you to take an intense world trip on my blog and discover cool treasures and places where you say: "Oh man, I want to go there!" And maybe you come to the decision that you do not need an airplane any more, but you allow yourself a little more time and plan your own world tour by train and bus along the former and still existing routes.
